What Can Cause Trouble In Breathing In Kids?

my five year old has been having trouble breathing at night for the past 5 months and its not a stuffy nose. We have visited with her pediatrician on several occasions and she has been prescribed with claritin and zirtec, I have also tried many otc medications along with humidifiers and air purifiers with no relief from any. my daughter and I are both frustrated and restless what can this be and what can i do to help my daughter?
