On november 3 I had my regular period and then on spotting on november 25 and today I startedspotting again I have been feeling nauseated and I have been feeling dizzy and tiredness and sleepy. I took a pregnacy and a clinic and came out negative. I'm only drinking prenatal what does all this mean
