Hi,

Presentation of post cholecystectomy pain. Differential: surgical incision pain, fat intolerance or stone remnants in common bile duct.ultrasound abdomen maybe done to rule out stones in common bile duct and to see the tissue underlying incision.

Advice:

- take pantoprazole before breakfast (for the rest of your life)
- also get a complete blood cell count(CBC) test
- avoid OILY food and FAT diet altogether
- avoid eating stomach full and mouth full
- avoid spicy food

Hope I have answered your query. Further queries are welcomed. Wish you good health.

Regards,
Dr Tayyab Malik
