What Can Cause Hot Flashes And Fever?

YES, I THINK I AM HAVING HOT FLASHES BUT NOT SURE. ABOUT EVERY HOUR DAY AND NIGHT THE PAST WEEK I START TO FEEL LIKE I AM GETTING SICK WITH A FEVER AND GET A HEAT FEELING FROM MY FACE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO MY FEET. IT ONLY LAST ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR SO AND I FEEL REALLY HOT BUT DONT SWEET AT ALL. MY LEGS FEEL LIKE LITTLE NEEDLES ARE POKING THEM WHILE THIS HAPPENS ALSO. AT NIGHT I TAKE BLANKETS OFF AND BACK ON . HELP

Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM.
It is very difficult to comment about any disease based on these symptoms not even knowing your age, gender, Whether you have any chronic medical illness or not, your bladder, bowel habits, history of addiction, history of any past medical illness, list of any current medication etc.
However, hot flashes and pins and needle sensation in lower extremity may appear due to numerous reason including endocrine abnormality, neuropathy, anxiety disorder etc.
You should also consult your family physician at the earliest for further clinical examination.
