What can cause heavy breathing and swollen lip when you awake after sleeping I am 52, 157cm/200lb - diagnosed with Hypertension and 1st Degree Bundle Block - currently on 10mg Enapril, 5mg Bendroflumethiazide and 81mg Aspirin (Genprin - Enteric coated) once daily.

well you are a known case of coronary artery disease.well these seems to be due to acumulation of fluid.or in medical terms left ventricular over load.you need to have a proper check up of the kidney function test and the cardiovascular system.you should consult your doctor soon.
