What Can Cause A Belly Button Pain?

belly button pain
I had some slight pain if I put my finger in my belly button and pressed a month ago and then it went away the next day. just yesterday i bent over and felt it again but when i pushed on it lightly it was sharp and so painful. I didnt get much sleep last night because im having slight discomfort when lying down. all day today I can feel its there and the pain has lessened but when I put my finger in there and slughtly press I feel the discomfort mostly in the back top of it. I dont feel a hernia bulging, im 105 lbs, 5'0" , my gland is in front of my right ear noticeable by rouch and so is the on on the rt of my lower mandible. two days before I had the recent belly button pain I was up a coupld times with cramping pains to the point where I thought I was getting my period but didnt. Im taking a vitamin A mostly every day because Ive been having so much acne for reasons I cant figure out. ive never had acne. i dont eat fast food, I cook all my meals, I eat glueten free meals, I dont eat znything with added sugar and I have a mild case of lactose intolerance, cant have real milk and certain cheeses, no creamy stuff. Ive never had suergery or babies. I cant think of anything else. Im asking for help this way because I cant afford insurance.

Hi. It is OK with Insurance or no insurance, health is wealth.
:: The cause of an umbilical pain is usually the hernia or umbilical infection , granulaoma or so. It can not be really attributed to something else unless there is a positive finding.
Gone through all your history. It is good that you have a great disciplined life.
The swellings looks to be lymph nodes in neck and in front of the ear , not related to umbilical pain.
:: Please check for any redness or swelling in the umbilical area, clean with spirit or betadine.
