What Can Bring Relief To Soreness And Pain In Back And Spine?

hi I am just recovering from the flu and I had a very sore back just at the bottom of the spine area. now the flu and back pain has gone but I have very sensitive skin around the lower back upper buttocks and central stomach area. would you have any ideas what this is? no rash or other symptoms.
