What Can Be The Reason For Semen Discharge During Urination ?

i am male and i am 22 years old and i never masturbate and neither make sex with any body,,even i avoid my eyes at looking at girl now from last 2 years i am facing problem after urine seaman discharge in few drops some time two times a day mostly it happen in summer and also i don t have any feeling during the seaman discharge of urine rest wet dream is normal once or twice a 15 days i will be thankful if you help me,,

hello. welcome to HCM. You don't need to worry as this is absolutely natural. Sperms are constantly produced in the body and they do find way out with urine most of the times if person is not sexually active. wish you good health.
