My 10 year old son, 42 kgs, unexpectedly has to move at 3am with vomitting then has to move again minutes afterwards and then after an hour. He says his stomache aches. That was last everyday of last week. Normally, he moves 2x a day between 6am to 7am. I didnt consider diarrhea coz he moves 3x in 3 hours and 1 vomit in said duration. yesteday afternoon, he had a temp of 43C. I was worried coz he is got no cough or colds...i assumed, probably UTI (his common ailment) or amoeba (he used to scratch his behind as it itch, he says), or Dengue (due to stomach ache and high fever). we have been to a doctor last night, results of his CBC and urinalysis exams were said to be OK. So he wasnt given any medication, except for round the clock paracetamol. Im kinda worried, hence would like to have second opinion...Do you have anything in mind sir/madam! Thanks a lot! Could it possibly be kidney stone? his back or sides doesnt ache though. what laboratory cud be done...thans a lot!
