I have these little bumps on my penis shaft they been there for a while now they dont hurt or nuffin there the same color as my penis thinking they was warts I useed apple cider vineragar in my whole penis turn black bad idea but my penis healed but while healing my penis was itchy but the bumps were gone now there back what are they?
