hi this bad odour or halitosis has mutiple reasons behind it. Generally it is related to
Oral hygeine, enlarged papillae of the tongue, decayed teeth, gum problems,
Excessive use of spicy foods along with use of Tabaccoo, tea and coffee in more amount

It can also be traced sometimes to more deeper problems like liver or kidney problems.
As you have said, that you have been to pysician as well as dentist for the same, but still suffering the same. Might be you can find the reason behind the smell in one of the etiologies mentioned above. if it is there, correct that factor.

Also, use a good mouthwash like CHLORHEXIDINE 2 to 3 times a day, brush twice a day, especially at nights. and seek some othet dentist for thorough oral evaluation and an oral prophylaxis (Scaling/ cleaning).

I have read your problem, I think you must be suffering from some gums disease like chronic periodontitis (PYORRHEA) .In PYORRHEA disease, symtomps are bad smell, bleeding gums and loose teeth. Go to the PERIODONTIST clinic, he or she will guide you better. For this type of problem, usually FLAP SURGICAL procedure along with bone grafting is recommended under antibiotic, analgesic trypsin ,chymotrypsin and b complex coverage. To use antiseptic mouthwash is must. Now a days Laser are very useful for this type of treatment(WITHOUT ANEASTHESIA AND SUTURES). For anybody, follow good rules for healthy mouth like brushtwice a day ,clean your tongue with tongue cleaner twice a day and use antiseptic mouthwash once a day and go to the dentists clinic for scaling in six months interval, just go for check up of any cavities which may create bad smell through filling the cavities through decay from food.Quit bad habits like tabacco, pan, smoking and more frequency of taking tea ,coffee.
All the best.
All the best.

Dentist Dr. Mukesh Asrani's  Response
Hello Sundeep,
The most common cause of bad odour from mouth is poor oral hygeine. In your question, your have not mentioned whether you are a tobacco chewer? Both these factors cause bad odour from mouth. I would suggest you to get your teeth cleaned by a dentist. You should also brush your teeth twice daily, use dental floss to clean the areas between the teeth and use salt water gargles after professional dental cleaning.
Other causes of bad odour from mouth are dry mouth, diabetes, some Gastro intestinal diseases, lung diseases, etc
You need not worry, just make a habbit of good oral hygeine and stop habbits of tobacco if any.
Thank you and take care.

I just went through your history which suggests that you are suffering from halitosis & gum problem like chronic gingivitis. The chief reason behind this is poor oral hygiene & improper brushing technique. You Have not mentioned Your complete history like tobacco chewing or smoking.
All these habits have adverse effect on oral hygiene, so if u have better cease these habits.

You should go for cleaning of your teeth i.e oral prophylaxis. Start developing habit of brushing your teeth twice a day along with use of 0.2% chlorhexidine mouthwash once daily half an hour after brushing.Use of dental floss for interdental cleaning is also a good aid for cleaning.

Clean your mouth thoroughly and regularly; also brushing between the tongue and teeth, not just to look good, but for oral health and cleaner breath.
Keep your mouth moisturized
If you're on a strict carb-restricting diet, or any diet that forces you to burn fat instead of carbs, consider throwing healthy carb-rich snacks into the mix, like apples or bananas.
If you've followed the above steps diligently and the bad breath persists, you may have a medical issue that needs to be treated.
Hope this helps you.
Wishing you good health...
