What Can Be Done For Painless Lump Below Knee Cap And Leg Stiffness?

Hello, I'm 14, around 5'8, and maybe 150-160 pounds. After I got out of the shower earlier I noticed a relatively painless, soft lump just below my knee cap. It's about the size of a golf ball but more oval-shaped. I'm pretty sure it wasn't there before because I also noticed that my leg is kind of stiff when and hurts just a little bit when I bend it a lot or when I stand completely straight on it. What should I do?

Hi
I think that is a pouch containing fluidor semisolid substance.
It is most probably bursa and when it gets inflamed it gets swollen it may be generally due to repeated friction of that part.
If its painful or getting difficulting in bending knees or walking you can get it exised.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
