Hello and welcome to HCM,
The urinary tract infection is managed by appropriate antibiotic (preferably that selected by drug sensitivity), plenty of fluids, and pain killer for the pain.
Burning sensation will be reduced as the infection comes under control.
You have mentioned the site of bleeding.
If the bleeding is from vagina, then it could be due to atropy (since you have mentioned about vaginal atrophy).
After menopause, the vaginal and vulvar skin undergoes atrophy and the atrophic lining can bleed. The atropy is due to deficiency of estrogens.
Topical estrogens can help in case of atrophy.
Once the UTI is controlled, the pain should not continue.

You need to consult your treating doctor to know the cause of pain.

Thanks and take care
