What Can Be Done For No Periods Since Quitting Birth Control ?

I haven't had a period in two months. I quit using birth control in September but had a normal menstration cycle in October. I have a unprotected sex a number of times. I tried ten pregnancy test with which come back negative. I am not stressed no do I have an std! What could this mean. I have pregnant symptoms as well!

If I would be your Doctor then I would advise you, just not to worry you had taken pills for birth control so the disturbances in period cycle is very likely if the pregnancy test is negative then why to worry even if the period does not comes in time just to clear the doubt for any underlying pathological cause it is better to get the ultrasonography test done have nice day.
