Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have the contact dermatitis for the patch or the gel used while taking the E.C.G.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine, montelecast, mild steroid, antibiotic, and a mixed steroid ointment.
Avoid taking sea foods, fish, egg, and some other foods allergic to you.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
