my daughter who is 19 years old gets head ache very frequently. She has a refractive error of 0.25 .A cylindrical lens was prescribed for her astigmatism but she is not comfortable using the glass and so she stopped and I heard 0.25 can be ignored and no need for glasses. she gets this head ache regularly and she says her neck also hurts and many a times its terrible. Also paracetamol doesnt help. What can I do?
