Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. PCOS is a condition in which there is irregular or no ovulation at all leading to irregular periods.
To assess whether you are having ovulation or not , you should get follicular monitoring done startingfrom the day 9 of the periods, till day 18-20 or till the follicle ruptures.Pregnancy is possible in PCOS patients.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
