What Can Be Done For A Cyst At The Back Of The Head?

It is very painful and seems to be spreading to one side of my neck. I am applying a heating pad for some relief. Thank you kindly

Hello,
It could be a localised abscess or a carbuncle or a infected sebaceous cyst.
You must consult a surgeon for proper diagnosis and most likely either lancing or an excision depending upon the diagnosis.
You may take ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for pain relief till you consult a surgeon.
Thanks
