hi,i would like to first determine the cause for irregular cycles so would prescribe her few investigations like ultrasound to rule out pcos, thyroid function test and haemoglobin.metformin 500 bd to be given only if pcos is present otherwise if no underlying pathology she should start with tab femilon from day 2 of her cycles for 3 months.take care all the best.
