Hello.welcome.If you are going for a heavy 90 mts workout then take two bananas before that.It will be sufficient.Good luck

Thanks for query,
Before do not take any breakfast,take one cup of tea or coffee or milk.
90 mnt exercise is not advisable.go for 30-45 mnt exercise daily is enough to keep body fit.
After exercise go for light breakfast with milk.
