What can I eat to make my poop not so warm ?

whenever i try to take a poop my butthole stings/itches SOO BAD! this morning i couldnt even walk after i tried pooping! so i took a shower and the pain went away. i didnt eat anything spicy. and just now i tried pooping again but couldnt. i geuss im constipated. and when i tried pushing, IT FRICKEN KILLED MY BUTTHOLE! it hurt SOO BADD!!! it stung! and the poo didnt even come out! and im so scared. MABEY its cause my poop is hot and too big. so what can i eat to make my poop not so warm ? and mabey, since i have constipation and my poop is too big........... mabey i need to have diarrhea ? so how do i get diarrhea ? what do i need to eat ? it has to be something simple, like common household foods. and i cant go to the doctor. im 13 btw

Hi. Sometimes when you have problems like piles or fissures then it pains during defecaetion and this causes anxiety or fear which further dampens your urge to defecate. Also if you are constipated for a long time then the stool gets very hardened and a faecolith is formed which is difficult to evacuate. You need to be evaluated by a surgeon and in case of a faecolith you might need a manual evacuation. Please see a surgeon asap
