What Can I Do Other Than Cercumsision For Upper Part Of My Foreskin ?

I have a patch of hard skin on the upper part of my foreskin. I have cleaned my penis every time I urinate my whole life. I am 68 . This has started a few months ago. What can I do other than cercumsision?

hi,thanks for query.First of all the best idea would be to visit a doctor and get proper diagnosis done,without thinking about surgery.This could be a minor issue and may not need any thing.there is no need to clean penis after urination every time.
