General & Family Physician Dr. P. Mahesh's  Response
Hi belle,

Welcome to HCM.
Use anti-dandruff shampoo. Have regular head bath. If possible apply vegetable edible oil on the scalp.
Take calcium and multivitamin tablet, once a day for 1 month.
If you have generalised itching, then investigations are needed to determine the cause.
See if it is the detergent soap that you use, is the cause of itching. If that be the case, change the brand of detergent soap that you use.
