What Are Typical Symptoms Of Early Pregnancy?
Hi Doctor,
I have a few concerns on if I am pregnant or not. I have been gassy feeling, constant burping, slight abdominal pain, feeling nausea when I smell or try and eat certain foods I have ate with no problem before. I also feel constipated, and dizzy at times. I do not get my period for another 5 days, but just want to know if these are early pregnancy symthoms or signs?
