What are these symptoms of feeling ill, stomach pain and lack of sleep ?

I was just wondering what these symptoms are I keep feeling Ill stomach pain and lack off sleep and most times I don t feel tired

hi welcome to hcm.see these are very vague symptoms so we not diagnose may be you have stress induce loss of sleep or your stomach pain when it occur after food or before is there any change in stool?
