Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good day
The chest pain appears to be of muscle or rib pain. But the giddiness, vomiting appears to be due to vertigo. Causes of vertigo are numerous. Have you been tested for Diabetes. It can also be due to infections. If you have cough, breathing difficulty, please go to the ER immediately. Go with the help of someone and do not drive by yourself.
