What are these black spots on my forehead which are growing in size ?

hi ! i have a few black spots on my face . im not sure if theyre beauty spots. since the last year ive been gettin black spots on my forehead and theyre not going away! they seem to be permanent and they seem to be growing in size.. i can see many more coming. what are they ? can they be stopped? im only 19 years old and i weigh 48 kgs

I think they are dermal pigmented neavus or simply what you call as moles. It is usually genetic . It can be easily removed with radio frequency machine or cryo. It cannot be stopped. Once every three or four years you can get them removed
