What Are The White Spots In Stool?

Over the past few days I have had white spots in stools. I have had no aches or pains, recently however the main change has been that I have not been able to sleep a full night (work/overtime)
I was wondering if this is something I should be worried about.

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that the white spots in your stool can be mucus or undigested food.

I would suggest that you should get your stool examined for any infection or parasitic infestation.

Further medical management can be planned after knowing the reports of the investigations.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
