What Are The Ways To Lose Weight?

I am a 15 year old girl, I have started going to the gym about 2 weeks ago. I also go in the steam bath at the gym. I weigh 190 pounds. When i work out i do it at least 1- 1 and a half hours of exercise and i usually go every day after school and i have been eating healthy. A few treats here and there but even if i do i go on a 10-15 minute jog. I was wondering how long it should take me to lose 60 pounds?

i glad to inform you that you are are on right track in order to get into a good shape
in my opinion, it will take time upto 5-6 months, don't loose your mind try to be consistent for the exercise and strict on your diet
have plenty of fluids like lukewarm water 5-6 liters a day
avoid fatty and junk food especially heavy chocolates
have dietary fiber in good amount
small and frequent food like 3 meals and 3 snacks in between
