I am a 29 year old married male and my wife and I have decided to have a baby. we have a very outgoing lifestyle and I consume alcohol once a month and do not smoke at all.

my question is how do I prepare myself to get my physical body ready so that we can have a baby. please do let me know any tests, or things I need to do to gety wife pregnant.

I respect and admire your need to be physically fit as you prepare for a child. But the more important things are about the physiology and chemistry of your partner's and your body. For a check on all this and if required correction, you will have to speak to a doctor, who will advise a number of investigations and also a few supplements for the both of you. All will go well I am sure.
