Both cobadex and becosules are multivitamin supplements which are commonly prescribed when the patient is given antibiotics or in other situations where we feel there is a nutritional deficiency. These are supplements which can easily be substituted by taking a healthy and balanced diet. This diet should include atleast 6 servings ( 1 serving=1 small cup) of fruits and vegetables. These would then be adequate to meet the requirements of the body.
There are no significant side effects of these drugs. They are only nutritional supplements and I would suggest you prefer taking a healthy and balanced diet rather than take these supplements.
However, if you are currently having a medical illness that I am not aware of , please let me know. I would then be in a better position to help you.
Hope this helps.
