What Are The Treatments For Swollen Knee Joints, Sore Legs And Back Pain?

I have swollen knee joints, pinches of pain, almost like a nerve
pinch down my legs along the bone. My legs were so sore that I
could hardly walk. I visited my Doctor could be a viral infection on zithhromax
and arcoxia . I seem to be retaining fluid and on fluid tablet
although no great results. Now the stiffness is not as bad now
and I can walk more freely but still would have the pain across my
back and down my legs.

I dont have any flue like symptoms not much of an appetite and
no energy much

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have described are likely to be related to nerve root compression due to degenerative changes in the lumbar spine. Viral infection is less likely.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
