What Are The Treatments For Sinus Pressure In Nostril And Headaches?

Hi, i have been suffering from sinus pressure in my left nostril for several days with no blocked nose, just a annoying headache and a cracking/clicking feeling in my sinus which seems to give temporary relief when it happens, have taken pain killers and sudafed spray all to no avail.

There is nothing like sinus pressure which block nose. Sinus problem can be diagnosed by x-ray PNS. blocking of nose can be due to DNS. This can be clinically diagnosed by TENT surgeon. This can be treated by antihistaminic nasal deco ngestant. finally surgery
