Hi,
In the current scenario, you need a planned approach to help in regular ovulation and conception. Maintenance of a healthy weight, regular exercise, appropriate medication like Metformin to correct insulin resistance if any, a complete hormonal profile and tubal patency along with a trans-vaginal sonogram are required. Once the clinical picture is properly evaluated by a specialist, further management can be easily made. Since your cycles are not highly irregular, your chances are good. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
