What Are The Treatments For Headache, Dizziness, Vision Problems And Watery Eyes?

Hi i am a 35 year old female, i having been get headaches daily, becoming dizzy and having trouble word finding at times. my eye sight has decresed and feel like i have water in my ears in the mornings. i have no underline health problems and do not take medication.
