Hello madam,your history is incomplete, you did not mention about your age, your menustrual cycle, any infertility problems, cysts could be many types...They can be functional like follicular or corpus luteum cysts or endometrioma or other benign ovarian neoplasms...Treatment depends on the size of the cyst, age, sonographic morphology, tumor marker levels....A detail history and examination along with investigations is required before planning the treatment....Depending on all these factors some people may require cyst aspiration or cystectomy(removing cyst alone with preservation of the ovary)...sometimes may require oophorectomy(removing the ovary)...Even in case of fluid in your right tube, it also requires a detail evaluation and the size of the hydrosalphinx is important before planning the treatment........hope i was helpful to you. ....
