What Are The Treatments For Constipation And Mucus Like Discharge During 8th Month Of Pregnancy?

hi.... im 8 mobths and 2 weeks pregnant... very very constipated.. today while going to the bathroom i lasted a while to try to poop but couldnt. so then i just gave up and while cleaning my rectum area i notices a mucus like discharge... any suggestions about it?
