Hi, I am a 35 year old female mother of 2. I am achy all day long from the time I get up to the time I sleep. Over the counter meds just don't seem to help. My best description on the pain is flu like aches and very tired. I want my energy back! Thank You Karen

these type of symptoms are common in anemia,please check your haemoglobin ant take rest between work shecdule sleep at least 8hrs daily have protien diet drink plenty of water fersh leafy vegetables
