What Are The Treatments For A Blocked Artery?

age 66 height 6 -0 and weight 162.3. I had a heart stress test yesterday and they found something terribly wrong according to my cardiologist. She ordered a heart cath tomorrow. Question is if the cath confirm blocked arteries will they be doing an angioplasty tomorrow also?

Your treatment will depend on findings of coronary angiography. If doctors find critical blockage in one artery than they will advice for angioplasty, if they find multiple blockages than they will advice for bypass surgery(CABG).
