hi my ankle joint paining since 1 month and since three to four days its swollen i consulted to orthopedic and told me that i am suffering with mild arthritis i want to know the symptoms and the right treatment for this i am too young to have such problems

I have read your problem.
Major symptom of arthritis is pain in joint with little movement of that joint, restricted movement of the joints, warm, red skin over the affected joint.
You should do regular muscle strengthening exercises of spine and quadriceps as uploaded on youtube.
Have balanced diet.
