What Are The Treatment And Diet For Fatty Liver?
good am i ask you about my brother the doctor told him he has a fatty liver so he take a godex ds ....but when he eat a meat his stomach he feel very very sore,if you have a fatty liver your stomach his affected to all the food he eat...so he has and ultra sound and his doctor told him he eat only steam vegies, steam fish....and he eat a little bit of rice,,then he said ha has no energy.....so can you advice me what will i do to my brother...

decrease weight if over weight.
avoid oil altogether. Pure olive oil maybe used in very small amount(
advice:
- abstinence from "Alcohol and drugs"
- LOW fat diet should be followed
- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports).
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- walk 30 to 40 minutes everyday.
- or swimming is alternative to walking
- NO sports and NO jogging
-"recheck liver enzymes after 6 to 8 weeks".
