Hello
This is a very confusing situation , as your penis was inside his anus ( only head ) , you had sexual intercourse ( anal ) with protection ( condom ) .
But when your
glans was inside his anus , this is a cause of concern .
HIV has been demonstrated in the seminal fluid ( I didn't say semen but seminal fluid , a fluid secretes from urethral opening due to excitement before ejaculation )but if there is
urethritis and /or
epididymitis , there is increase in the concentration of HIV.
Now something about anal intercourse or ( head of penis in anus ).
There is a stron association of transmission of HIV with receptive anal intercourse, probably because only a thin, fragile RECTAL
mucous membrane separates the deposited semen from potentially susceptible cells in and beneath the mucosa and a trauma may be associated with anal intercourse.
Anal douching and sexual practices ( may be in your case , strongly ) that traumatize the rectal mucosa increase the likelihood of HIV infection ( in your case , since head of penis was inside anus , so you were at risk).
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of initial infection ( contract ).
So I recommend you get in rapid P 24 NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFICATION ( pcr ,
rna ) test for HIV infection confirmation.
Hope this will help you.
