What Are The Symptoms Of Strep Thoart And Scarlet Fever?

I have strep thorat and scarlet fever since 5/12/11. I woke up this morning and was about to brush my teeth when I noticed a small black thing on my jaw it looked like some type of bug. I spit it out of my mouth now I can see a small hole where it was can you tell me what this might have been?

Hi;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
If you have strep infection and fever then you are either under treatment or not that is the main question.If you are not under treatment it is necessary to get treated also the hole in your mouth what you say will require examination to see what it is .So the better option is to consult a doctor in person and he will examine you and prescribe medicines accordingly.
Thanks
