What Are The Symptoms Of Shingles?

I have small bumps pooping out all over amy body that itch terribly. I had shingles at Xmas time and do not think it is them since I have no pain with it. Any idea what they could be. I do not remember what measles or chicken pox look like. These bumps are about the size of a pin head or a little larger email YYYY@YYYY

This is surely not the case of shingles as shingles is associated with pain and burning sensation along with eruption of blisters and is usually limited to one half of the body. In chicken pox there is again appearance of small red bumps and blisters along with history of fever and sorethroat while in measles there is a rash on the entire body without any itching but associated with fever and eye congestion. So it is likely that it is neither of the three. The decision regarding the diagnosis can be taken only after seeing your photographs .
