Hi! I have just quit smoking cigarettes and I feel like I have a "quitter's flu". I have chills, fatigue, dizziness, post nasal drip, (and not to mention nicotine cravings). How do I know this is quitter's flu and something not more serious? I'm also a freshman in college and I can't miss any classes. Thanks!
