ok im on the implanon birth control and i get really bad headaches, cramps, im bloated also i kind of throw up but its not a lot i feel sleepy all the time and i crave meat all the time could i be pergo? oh i have taken 4 text and they all were negative..

I understood your concern and My opinion is that missing period with positive pregnancy test is 1st symptoms of pregnancy
Another thing if you are on implanon than there is a very rare possibilty of pregnancy so nothing to worry.
Regarding early symptoms of pregnancy , Vomiting,Nausea, lazziness, headache, lower abdominal pain are common symptoms of pregnancy
