Hi, I am 27 and have had the Mirena in for 4.5 years, last month or so have had a lot of pregnancy symptoms so last week I did 2 hpt and both were negative, but this morning I have woken up with flutters in my lower abdomen which I and my partner can feel, what could this be?

if prgenancy test is negative chance of pregnancy is less. if you have miss period and it is over 15 days than pregnancy test is positive. if not than chance are less. if you need further advice please consult me. thanks good health
