What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi I'm 20 years old and I'm not on birth control. I had unprotected sex on October 4th and used the pullout method (which I know isn't always effective) and I haven't had a period since. My period was supposed to come on October 26th and it is now November 9th and still no period, making it exactly 2 weeks late. I took a pregnancy test at 6 days late, 7 days late, 10 days late, and 13 days late and they all came out negative. I have felt fine aside from just being a lot more tired than usual and some occasional cramping which I sometimes mistaked for the start of my period. Today, at 2 weeks late, I experienced very heavy cramps and a little bit of blood when I wipe but not much at all and it's somewhat of a pinkish color. I thought it might be my period but they always start super heavy. I know implantation bleeding is supposed to occur like 10 days after conception so I'm wondering what this could mean. Is it normal? Could I possibly be pregnant?? I have an appointment at my gyno in 2 days but I'm freaking out. please help!!

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

First of all missing your period is main symptom that you might be pregnant. Other symptoms that might be felt include nausea(morning sickness), vomiting, tiredness, breast tenderness, constipation, etc. You should Do a urine pregnancy test first.
As your other query light bleeding with severe cramping could mean serious conditions like you had a early miscarriage or you are having ectopic pregnancy(pregnancy outside uterus). However some bleeding at early pregnancy is also normal

refer to your gynaecologist
Hope this information helps
