My last normal period was 11/4. I had unpretected sex a few times while I was ovulating but my husband pulled out right before... but still came around my vagina and the opening. My periods are normally very regular and heavy with lots of clots an it half dollar size. I got my period a few days early on the 29th, 3 days early and it was a lot lighter than normal with 2 very small clots I only had to change my pad once a day and it lasted 5 days. I have been very dizzy lately and nauseous my boobs look bigger and my lower abdomen looks slightly swollen. Could I be pregnant? Trying to decide if I need a test.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
HI, I understand your query & concern. All the symptoms like dizziness, nausea, breast changes can be suggestive of pregnancy provided the bleeding( lesser than normal) you had 3 days before than expected was an implantation bleeding.. Alternatively same symptoms along with irregular bleeding in menses can be seen in case of hormonal imbalance/ PCOS. Pregnancy needs to be confirmed /excluded by blood HCG test/HPT after 8-10days.
Thanks.
