hi i am 26 year old frmale, yesterday i had a slight fever of 100 degree F and was v sleepy and tired,nausea but no diarrhea, started feefling a little dizzy when i wake up and bloated feeling to my tummy and coudnt eat food. i checked my bp and it was 80/55. i had low bp always ,i did a prenancy test yesterday and came out negative thinking i might be pregnant, my periods last month was 26th march. still i have dizzy and lightheadedness and nauseas feeling and not able to eat like before because my stomach feels full. let me know what i can do
